A radiation reading is the maximum value of an instantaneous UV intensity produced during exposure. The radiation intensity value is the power at a moment during exposure. Instruments are expressed in units of mW/cm2 or W/cm2. Total energy is that the instrument uses to measure the conversion of radiation intensity during exposure, which is expressed in units of mJ/cm2 or J/cm2.

UV Meter Puck can simultaneously measure four different UV wavelength values through the same UV process. The default wavelength is UVA (320-395nm), UVB (280-320nm), UVC (250-260nm), UVV (395-445nm). Compared with UV Meter Plus, UV Meter Plus only allows you to select one wavelength range. The UV Meter Puck readings contain total UV energy and peak radiation intensity across four UV band ranges. UV-A : 315~410nm, UV-B : 280~315nm, UV-C : 230~280nm

The above three kinds of detection probes are suitable for testing the UV energy value of the corresponding frequency band respectively, which should be selected according to the needs. It is usually required by the experimental data and pursues accuracy.

The measuring accuracy of the above instruments is generally ±5%.
