Special Application of different wavelength of UV LED, VIS LED, Infra LED

UV LED
1. Low UV: 250nm-265nm-285nm-365nm. Now, it has reached 250nm-410nm. Both of them are INGaN/GaN material carbide. The UV rays can kill all bacteria in the water, which the lethality can reach 98%, especially 285nm.
2. Mid UV: 365nm-370nm. Both of them accord with international standard. UV has kill-ability. In general, doctors are required with no bacteria when they operate. The UV of 365nm-390nm is usually used to fill a tooth, which its characteristics are strong function and short time. At the meanwhile, internationally, the wavelength of 365nm-370nm is used to distinguish the authenticity of paper money.
3. High UV: 405nm-410nm. Its chip is not more than 2 inches (called UV chip). 345-410nm can be used to the cultivation of plant seeds. 405-410nm can be used to distinguish the authenticity of paper money.


VIS LED
1. Blue Ray: 430nm-450nm-470nm. They are mainly used in the blue band. Its major component is INGaN/GaN. But it is low content, low capacity, not durable.
2. Green Ray: 505nm-520nm-540nm.They are mainly used in the green band. The essential component of 556 is GaP/ALInGaP. In international spectroscopy, it is the pure green that people see most clearly.
3. Yellow Ray: the wavelength of 570-590nm is mainly used as amber (yellow). The wavelength of 660-730nm is mainly used as orange.
4. Red Ray: the wavelength of 630nm-640nm is mainly used as red. The wavelength of 660nm-730nm is mainly used as deep red.
Infra LED
Used 660nm-730nm-780nm UV can promote plant growth.
Used 730nm-760nm UV medical products can be made to check if the patient is a vegetable.
Used 760nm-790nm-805nm UV can detect fat content in medicine.
Used 850nm-880nm UV can defect engine speed.
Used 900nm UV is mainly used as a test instrument to defect blood, gas, and blood sugar.
Used 940nm UV is mainly used for remote control, for location locking.
Used 1,000nm-1,300nm-1,500nm-1,550nm UV is used as a detecting instrument, which mainly detects volatile gas, such as human alcohol, fiber, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide.

Other Special Usages for Special Bands
1. 250nm-300nm (0.1MW), 350nm-360nm (1MW), 380nm-400nm (5MW, 20MA). The product is catalyzed by the wavelength of 320nm~400nm. It can effectively remove the formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, virus, bacteria and odor in the air of office, prevent viral infection and reduce the spread of disease. At the same time, it can promote metabolism, enhance immunity, make us energetic and healthy.
2. The wavelength of 570nm-580nm will cause the mosquito’s retina to blur and let it escape automatically,
3. The wavelength of 320nm-380nm will promote skin metabolism. The skin grows strong, the skin thickens. The wavelength of 320nm-380nm UV can treat the cowhide (psoriasis), vitiligo, and so on. It can also be used foe illumination which can make the fluorescent effect of illumination strong. It can also be used for industrial radiation detection, chemical phase and banknotes.
4. 275nm-320nm UV: Sunbathing has a strong physiological effect on the body. It can cause the process of skin photo-chemistry and light spot, which can play a good role in internal organs, mental system, endocrine system and circulatory system of human body by producing a lot of active substance of skin. After sunbathing, the human body will cause the skin to become red, and produce erythema effect. On the other hand, there are 7-dehydroergol cholesterol in the skin to be converted into vitamin D3 or D2, which can promote normal calcium and phosphorus circulation in the human body, especially important for indoor staff, pregnant women, young children, and so on.
5. The visual acuity of insets has the greatest sensitivity in the ultraviolet region near 360nm, which can lure insects together and kill them.
6. The special wavelength of 315nm: UV B Band has a strong physiological effect on animals, plays an active role in the normal work of internal organs, nervous system, endocrine system, circulation system of animals, promotes the synthesis of protein and vitamin D3.
